Just Back From New York!

Whew, has it been a long month for me or not? just back from NY... had lots of fun there... working as a property investor now... just hit 4 mil sales... came back with a whooping amount of cash....

will be going back to NY then to Tokyo in 1 weeks time.... just work until this December n i'll back to Malaysia... and guess what? i don't have to work anymore starting from next year 2009 to 2010... ain't that a long time i don't have to work??? well, that's the beauty of property investment....


but not anyone can qualify... u'll need to have a 0.5 Second qualifiying round to answer a customers question... 1 Sec still acceptable... must not have any mistakes while estimating property cost n value n profit capability.

i passed n i'm leading a much more easy life now... planning to find a Real Good GF... but to no avail... i might still be a sucker in Love thingy.... but i'm trying hard to go n know more girls...

( Well, as they always said, one GF is enough; same for me. )

Been Down... Now Sick... =.='

These Few Days Have Been Terrible For Me... I've Been Sick For 4 Days Straight Now.. I Thought I've Recovered This Morning So I Went Swimming With My Buddies.. Who Knows That I Got Muscle Cramp On My Calf N I Almost Drown If Not For Those Athlete Swimming Line Guides ? ( Those Some Sort Of Buoys Where The Athletes Won't Swim Zig - Zag.. ) I Held On To It N Was Massaging My Foot Which Got Cramps N It Took Me Abt 5 Minutes To Recover.. ( That Was Also I'm Swimming With Risk Of Cramping Again Back To The Sides! ) My Friend Helped Me Out N Massaged My Leg.. N Now I'm Having High Fever N Flu... What's Happening To Me? I'm Typing This Blog In Fatigue.. Hopefully I'll Get Better Soon... Thanks A Lot, Bin....

Escaping From The Busy Life In K.L

Hey mates... after these few months of working my arse off... i've recorded some wonderful pix n videos that i've made during my time off from the busy lives of K.L to work in Sunway.. where the fun is actually... apart from the losers of K.L fashion follower wanna-be's who just want to act like Some Rotten Seafoods ( if u know Chinese, that is LaLa for you... or Hoi Sin for you Chinese readers.. )

I've got to know some wonderful people from Scotland, and Denmark, well... just too many of them to describe...

For those who still don't have a clue as to who i am...

I'm Andrew Justin, 19 - 20 this yr, still single ( funny aye? i know, there's not a girl outside there who wants me.. haha...! ) , cheerful, friendly, yet helpful... but too bad my counter to all these is that the fact i'm too shy...

It's Been A Long Time.

Aaahh, T'is Been A Long time since i updated my blog. Hell, I've been busy with everyday works. stress of $$$ ( i'm a big spender hee hee... ), had some ups n downs with my life especially with my brother having left us for almost half a year now. how i wish he can come home soon. yet, i'm struggling with my work n my life ( P.S : i'm still single don't get me wrong. )... Everything

Today is my last day working at KLCC Maxis Event For Ladies.
